They throw them up fast and cheapest subs get the job. Example my neighborhood had 8 homes when we moved in . They were built by 3 independent builders. So many people who bought these big 3000 sf home a brand new moved out within 2 yrs. Every winter several people post about their pipes freezing. I saw 250 homes go up and I know why they are having issues.

Their whole family was over and no one did anything and didn’t care at all that her selfishness was ruining an Xmas for another family. Everyone from management to the superintendents to the design team are readily available and easy to communicate with. I think we'll probably stay North of the city, versus going to the opposite end. Waterloo in Edmond is probably the absolute furthest North we'd go.
